About
Zz started running at age 11 when her dad signed her up for a local 5k. She ended up winning the 16-and-under age group. She went on to become an 800-meter specialist in high school and later in college, competing in the Big Ten. After college Zz turned her love of training into a career working as a strength and conditioning coach at multiple Division 1 universities and the Cincinnati Bengals before turning her focus back to her first love: running. Now she competes in marathons and runs her own remote running and strength training coaching business. Still unwilling to give up on ridiculously big dreams, she still puts in miles to chop down her times to see if she can continue to get faster.
